Christmas Countdown

So I just put I ticker countdown until Christmas on my blog and I'm not sure how it works but it looks pretty! :) Hopefully it counts down now... Anyway what was super nice was that I don't have to take the one that says how long we've been married off and then try to put it on later. Happy Day! and Merry Christmas in... well too far away.

3rd Grade

This week is my last week in the 3rd grade. It's crazy and wonderful how close we are to the end of the semester. I love all the kids I've worked with so far. The teacher over my practicum asked if I liked Kindergarten or Third Grade better. I don't know if I really can choose. There are pros and cons to both. Anyway Mrs. Goff my cooperating teacher for practicum gave me a gift and a card today cuz she didn't want me to get sick on the last day and not be able to get it. She really is a sweetheart, I've enjoyed working with her. I think what was sweet was one of the boys came in with a gift cuz it was my last day. I told him I had two more days but he was so excited for me to get the gift that he told me I should open it today. When one of the other little boys found out that someone else had given me one he decided that he was going to have to bring me one tomorrow. Oh those silly sweet boys. Jeron thinks there smitten with me.Lol I'm not sure what to say to that. . .

So for my Elementary Education Practicum class we made a Public Service Announcement (PSA). It turned out really good. It's about how we need to teach our children about money, not being wasteful and being healthy. We also need to teach them why learning this is important. Anyway, I think the facts are amazing and make you think, "Why isn't this being taught?"
